I can't speak for anyone else, but we generally use this method (and in
the case of a keyless host, the "secure method" is generally the console).
This really sucks the first time you're keying your site, but afterwards
it's not too bad; we generally put a key on right after an OS installation,
and you're generally doing that from the console anyway.
