I am trying to rlogin from the client to the remote host and I keep
getting the error: "Host mls4 isn't registered for Kerberos rlogin
   service."

This error is generated when the request for a "rcmd.<hostname>"
ticket fails with the error "unknown principal." This means that you
have not created the rcmd.mls4 principal in your database, or the
machines think they are in different realms, or something else to that
effect.
