Unless I am mistaken, these include files are only used in snet_stuff.c,
which does not get compiled in the MPW Makefile. snet_stuff.c is the SLIP
module, for use with Stanford's MacIP libraries. If you do not have the
Stanford libraries, then simply ignore snet_stuff.c
