In the 1990 kerberos mail archive I find the following:

  Subject: kerberos on NeXT?
  Date: Mon, 5 Nov 90 22:38:35 GMT
  From: pst@ack.Stanford.EDU (Paul Traina)
  To: kerberos@shelby.Stanford.EDU

  Does anyone have patches for Kerberos on the NeXT?

  If not, I'm working on the thing for NeXT Mach 2.0, but I'd rather not
  re-invent the wheel.

  So far:
        NeXT's ld does not support -n (breaks ss)
        NeXT's CPP has been modified quite a bit (gcc + )
                fixes:
                * have imake call cpp with -traditional if necessary
                * OS_CFLAGS=-traditional -bsd

  Paul

I haven't seen any followup in the 1990 or 1991 archive. Did this question every get answered? As of patchlevel 9, imake still pulls
the same stuff on me. Perhaps someone already has the patches ready
to go (hope hope)? I'd rather not reinvent Paul's wheel! Thanks.
