In Kerberos 4.9, is "krb_kntoln" provided as a user-hook requiring local
modifications to applications to make use of this feature, or is it actually
used by the applications (rlogin, rsh, ..., etc.) distributed by MIT? In
other words can I use the /etc/aname feature of MIT Kerberos out of the box?
