According to Athena Technical Plan E.2.1, the "normal" Kerberos
encryption algorithm is

pcbc_encrypt (input, output, length, schedule, ivec, encrypt)

I understand input, output, length, schedule and crypt, but what is ivec?
What ivec value should be passed the pcbc_encrypt so that it produces
the same result as the Kerberos utilities?

I should point out that I haven't yet needed to delve into the Kerberos
source distribution (we have DECathena), and would prefer not to if
possible.
