Looking for kerberized utils other than what MIT provides?

Is there a ftpable site (other than athena-dist.mit.edu) which keeps
kerberized commands like xlock, etc, which are NOT provided currently
by MIT.
Also, if krb_getrealm() is passed on an address of the form a.b.c.d
(where a,b,c, & d are decimals numbers), then it assumes that the
realm is a.b.c (assumes DNS style name). This occurs in cases where
someone ftp's to say machine with addr 1.2.3.4, as in,
ftp 1.2.3.4
Is the kerberos library supposed to handle it properly or does every
application which can interpret such addresses & connect to system
should do a gethostbyaddr() & pass the proper hostname?
Thanks,
/Pradeep
