I've been trying to get a bind/hesiod server setup, but am having a
problem. The problem is that I can't do a Kerberos rlogin to any machine
that is configured with /etc/resolv.conf pointing to my name server. The
error I get is
Hostname did not resolve to an address, so Kerberos authentication failed
I posted this problem here a month ago, but at that time, I was working
with DEC's implementation of bind/hesiod in ULTRIX 4.2. The consensus
was go get Berkeley BIND 4.8.3 and see if that doesn't clear up my
problems. Well, I did and it didn't. 8^(
It seems strange to me that the Kerberos rcmd's are the only utilities
that don't seem to work with my name server.
Any ideas? Thanks!
