Recently someone from DEC posted an article detailing how they handled
the DES export issue. Since I have managed to lose my copy I wonder if
the author would kindly repost the article or send me a copy via
email. Secondly is anyone aware of offical policy changes to DES
export prohibition? It is my understanding that the export
restrictions are still in force. Is this still true?
