Hi,
2.3.2xxx is the version # of SQL*Net Client component, which is part of
Oracle Client Software products ver 7.3.2. You should remove all entries
(Mac and Win) of Oracle with version # 2.3.2xxx.

Wrong link to (Database Services) under support, it should link to
http://mitvma.mit.edu/it_service/db_st/home.html

In stock answers category, change SQLnet-Oracle to Oracle stock answers.
