Kevin, et al, 
   checking out the Casetracker link, I notice that it requires
Certificates to even get started.  That might be an intractable barrier for
some people genuinely needing help.
   Maybe the table cell should be "Casetracker or Email".  The former link
would be as you have it.  The latter would be a link to
http://web/helpdesk/requests/newcase.shtml for the Helpdesk, and perhaps
http://web/blt/requests/newcase.shtml for the BLT 
(after I appropriate the code that powers their form, which I think I''ll
do right now).
