I'm a student consultant at the helpdesk and I would just like to make a suggestion. I personally have had about 10 calls from clients who leave the <Real Name> in brackets in step 15 of your instructions. When they do this, they get a 553 config error when trying to send mail. Could you explicitly mention on your web page that they should REMOVE the angle brackets from the Real Name. Thank you.
