You've successfully gotten your certificate, but you can't preregister or
get an error doing something on student.mit.edu. You should contact the
WebSIS support team at websis@mitsis.mit.edu. This email is monitored
during regular business hours, Monday-Friday 9 am - 5pm.

talking about, you should go to the Student Services Center, 11-120, (or
User Accounts in N42) to pick up your six words as part of your Athena
Registration Coupon.

WebSIS lets students access their academic and financial records, update
address and other personal information, and pre-register; it lets
instructors and departmental administrators access class list information;
and it lets advisors and departmental administrators access the academic
records of their students.
