Cannot find something in the IS web pages

kerberized fetch to install on my mac8500
which I use at home. I'm an MIT employee and I have
updated certificates. I'm trying to work from home.

it does not download the file
Also, I was able to save mit-fetch3.0.4b6sec-install.bin
on my mac HD but I don't know what application i can use
to decompress or make it work.
It tells me that it is an octect-stream app.
I appreciate any help. I'm in the process of activating
my MIT email acct gordy@mtl.mit.edu but until ready
