Susan Jones updated the Tether web page to reflect the recent upgrade
to v.90, and posted a related stock answer. (Thanks Susan!)
I made some additional changes and would like to solicit feedback
before I replace the current page. My changes are at:

Most of the changes are in the sections on "Registering" and "Documentation".
