In browsing the IS home pages, I noticed on the Contact Points in IS page
at http://web.mit.edu/afs/athena.mit.edu/org/i/os/help/contact.html that it
has the following listing:
Networks/Other (Email, Tether, MITnet) 3-1104 computing-help@mit.edu
As I mentioned to Robyn, we would prefer and customers would get better
service if they came in through either the Mac or PC routes, even when
their questions are network, email or tether related. Please remove this
contact point from this page.
