Reorganization of Private Athena wkstation pages

Hello -
Jean Foster has kindly reorganized the pages that talk about both
Athenizing and Purchasing a private Athena workstation, so that
they avoid duplication and flow more logically from the point of
view of the user. The combined new page that covers both cases is
now titled
"Acquiring a Private Athena Workstation" and is at
http://web.mit.edu/acs/acquiring-athena.html .
This new page replaces the following two pages:
"Athena Workstation Presales Information" at
http://web.mit.edu/desktop/presales.html
and "Athenizing a Private Workstation" at
http://web.mit.edu/olh/Private/athenize.html
Note that these three pages (one new and two old) are in three
different lockers. I suggest that we keep the new page in the acs
locker, as that would be most convenient if and when we need to
update it.
Existing links that need to be updated to point to the new page
are:
http://web.mit.edu/olh - change the text of the link
"Athenizing a Private Workstation" to "Acquiring a
Private Athena Workstation" and point to the new URL.
http://web.mit.edu/is/services/list.html - the relevant
links that need to be redone are:
