Phyllis,
If I recall correctly, the security options in 3.x are under "Preferences"
or "Options". You'll have to poke around under the menus. The interface
is different but the same functionality is there.
Our documentation is for Netscape 4.x, not 3.x, because we only support
4.x. You can get a supported version of Netscape from:
http://web.mit.edu/is/help/netscape/
