Hello
I=B4m a Colombian student. Here in our country this evaluation process =
is very simple and i=B4m reseacrching about use a new technology to =
improve it. Serachin in your web site, i found a document about it, but =
i think that the proyect must be in an advanced process or finished.
I want to know if the proyect was succesful, if is in use actually, how =
it works, cost and benefits.
