An IT Partner would like to see "a Web page that brings together all the
specific help pages, such as Athena help, CWIS, IS help, Computing Help
Desk, Academic Computing..."
We sort of have this already in the "When Something Doesn't Work" page at
http://web.mit.edu/is/help/broken.html but perhaps this is the wrong way to
frame the page.
Let's keep this in mind when we resume discussion of the Help pages. Also,
it might be useful exercise to make a list of all known IS help pages, to
see what's out there.
