Hello!
Some time ago, the Web Reporting Discovery Team demonstrated a prototype
that would allow web publishers to mark web pages for which they wanted
usage data. This prototype has now incorporated some of your feedback and
will be in public pilot mode during August.

This means you can now place the marker on MIT web pages, and data about the
usage of these pages will be collected in the MIT Data Warehouse. The draft
support pages for how to mark your pages and access the web reports is
available from <http://web.mit.edu/is/help/web-reporting/>.

Public training sessions will be offered on September 9 from 2-3:30 PM in
N42 Demo Center and on September 23, from 12-1:30 in N42 Demo Center
(CWIS-Pub). Other sessions will be held during the fall, and will be
announced on the IS Training pages (http://web.mit.edu/is/training/).

If you need assistance with installing BrioQuery, a BrioQuery Quickstart
will be offered in the N42 Demo Center on August 17 at noon to teach users
how to download, install, and set up BrioQuery on their desktop.

If you need any assistance with the Web Reporting Service, or have any
feedback, please contact us at beans@mit.edu or call me at 253-8167.

Cheers,
--Jag.
