Sorry it's taken me so long to reply to this...
Here's my responses to your items in order:
1. I added a DHCP link in the Networking section of the Services page
2. a. The back button worked for me on the Athena Environment registration
page: http://web.mit.edu/register/
b. I replaced the link for the Course Mailing lists so that it now points to:
http://web.mit.edu/acs/www/clist.html
c. Changed text for the SAP training link to: SAP training: Online
registration form
