Hi everyone,
Here is the url of the proposed IS Schedule of Events Submissions and
Updates form:

I'm in the process of writing up some type of proposal for Allison, so your
suggestions, comments are most welcome.
So far I have the following:
Form will be submitted to is-home mailing list
Kris will be 1st responsible for updates
In case of my absence (me? never!) then someone else from the is-home team
will take care of the update
Move schedule out of competency locker into is locker
(web.mit.edu/is/schedule/)
Kevin will look into future database involvement, including adding a "level
of visibility" field for the intended audience
IS home pages team will be more involved in deciding what is appropriate
for the schedule (ex. deparment baby shower vs. Wade's Walk vs. weekly team
meetings) and how to handle schedule conflicts
