** What were you looking for?
Information about "MacOS Support" like the "Windows 95 Support" page

** Where did you expect to find it?
On the "Computing @ MIT" page, in the "Software" section

** Is there a page that you're referring to?
** Please provide the url:
http://web.mit.edu/afs/athena.mit.edu/org/c/cwis/computing.html

is the page where I found:

http://web.mit.edu/win95/

The win95 page has the sort of stuff that I hoped to find on some other page for Macintosh -- setting it up on the network, setting up for printing, getting Eudora, etc.
Instead there is:

http://web.mit.edu/is/help/macos/

which has links for different versions of the OS. I've got 8.5 on my new Mac, so I went to:

http://web.mit.edu/is/help/macos/macos8.5.html

That page has a lot of stuff about getting the operating system and changes you need to make to various settings, but no general Macintosh info like on the Windows 95 pages. I know that I can go directly to the pages for "setting up your mac to connect directly to MITnet" and Eudora and whatever else, but it would be nice to have it all in one place like the Win95 one. If there is a page like that for Macintosh, I didn't see it.

                          Thanks!

                            Carla
