i was trying to obtain a personal MIT certificate to preregister for classes.

http://ca.mit.edu, the link, but the link said the server was down, how am I supposed to preregister??
also, the link is wrong, it says https://ca.mit.edu
the "s" isn't supposed to be there

please get this fixed, I can't preregister and will be fined if I can't get the certificates and preregister in time
I should be able to get the certificates. I don't know why the server is down
