User guide printing problem

Hi,
I reformatted this page today using the Pubs template. It still printed
out an extra 19 pages, so I began compacting the tables a bit, but I can
still only get it down to 36 pages when printing from a Mac... I have gone
over the code and can't find anything blatantly wrong. Would someone else
look at the page at some point and offer suggestions? I can't seem to come
up with anything new to try.
