Hi Theresa,

In a meeting with the IS homepage team this morning, we noticed the "last
update" date and time are updated infrequently (or possibly only during
and right after an outtage).  This may cause some confusion.  For example:

Email	Last Update: Friday, April 16, 1999 4:49 PM

                  This service is operating normally 

A person may be having email problems, check the page and take this to
mean that email was working fine on the 16th, but might be out today.  I'm
not sure the best way to handle this.  One way may be to remove the "last
update" field and only give dates/times if a service is down.  This way the
maintainers wouldn't have to be constantly updating the page.
