Hi,
I have been going over some of the usability test results and came across a
page that should be updated:
http://web.mit.edu/is/help/print/
People did not know how to locate instructions for setting up a printer for
SAP. Any suggestions on where we might link this page from? The user tried
the path Products>Printers and Services>Network, Services>Printing>Network
printing. I am thinking that it should at least be under Services>Printing.
Any ideas, and any issues about reformatting that page?
