Kris and I have not been able to find someone who can fix this page:

Susan Jones thinks it was done by John Saylor, who no longer works at MIT.
The page is linked from:

which in turn is linked from
http://web.mit.edu/is/help/network/index.html
The test for a unique IP address tries to link to "webtest.mit.edu".
Does anyone have any suggestions? Should we forward this to the Help Desk?
