Could you revise this section a little bit:

From the perspective of someone who needs to get a net drop installed, or
get an IP address, it's not clear which link I should click on.
The correct link is already there -- it points to /is/help/network/. But I
think the words "IP address" and "network drop" should be in there
somewhere.
