Suggestions:
I was looking at
http://web.mit.edu/is/help/network/ip-request.html
and I noticed that it appeared to be for non dorm IP requests. Perhaps A note could be added to point people
to http://web.mit.edu/rescomp/dorm.html for dorm IP
requests as well as making the distinction that the
computing help desk does not handle dorm requests?
