hi kris,
just got mail from jeff. in order to avoid having the server ask for
client authentication _before_ getting the personal certificate he had to
change the url for the certificate server one more time (same url with a
new port number). the new url is:
https://nic.mit.edu:445/cert.jhtml
for those urls you are updating to go to nic.mit.edu, this will need to be
changed. for those still pointing to bozo, everything should still work.

I also fixed the situation where folks where told "No User
Certificate" and had to click OK. This required changing the default
URL for the server. The server is now on
https://nic.mit.edu:445/cert.jhtml. Note: If people go through Bozo
(https://bozo.mit.edu/cert.html) the right thing happens.
