I was recently appointed to a position within my company which includes
resposibility for our IS Department and have been searching the internet
for information on IS services/responsibilities and staffing
requirements based on industry benchmarks. Your webpages have had the
most comprehensive information I could possibly hope for and plan to
strive toward your level of excellence.
My questions are the following:
* Has you conducted benchmarking to determine the efficiency of staff
for your size organization?
* If so, do you have results that are publishable?
I'm looking for information of that sort to assist me in determining:
* Do I have enough staff?
* Do I have staff with the expertise needed?
* What services should be provided?
* What should be the budget for service/technology discovery etc.?
If you don't have this information, do you know where to point me? Any
information would assist me in my information gathering journey.
