hi,
i'm not sure how many places link directly to
https://bozo.mit.edu/cert.html for personal certificates, but the
certificate server has moved to nic.mit.edu. the new url for the personal
certificate server is https://nic.mit.edu/cert.jhtml
bozo.mit.edu currently redirects to the new location, but we should
probably slowly migrate pages to point directly to the new url. i've
updated the accounts and athena stock answers pages.
