It was the most terrible experience
Your when I was trying to get a sertificate to look at the online catalogue it kept sying that my ATHENA (kerberos?) password was incorrect. I checked it 5 times !!!
(and I am a very busy man) with the same result. It would be much faster to drive anyplace.
