Hi Allison,
Jeanne forwarded me your mail requesting help on CG web projects due to
Anna Socrates' departure. I have talked with Kris Nyzio and she will be
happy to take on maintenance of the CG site for as long as needed. I'm
assuming that, for simple changes, someone from the CG group will send
e-mail directly to Kris. For larger projects, it will probably make sense
to have a preliminary meeting to discuss parameters and timelines.
This may be a good time too to revisit setting up a streamlined procedure
to pass along changes in the IS Staff Directory
(http://tute.mit.edu:8001/is/people/), with respect to both people and the
teams they are on. Kris has manually updated this page recently, so it is
reasonably current -- and we would like to keep it that way. If a meeting
on this would be useful, just let us know.
