Sarfraz,
I heard this morning that the certificates server is down, so I would try
your transaction again later. I'm assuming you have been to the page at
http://student.mit.edu/ where you can request your academic record.
If your transaction still does not work once the certificates server is up
again, I would go to http://student.mit.edu/ and use the e-mail/help link
at the bottom.
