When you press on the _obtain new certificates_ link, it
goes back to the table of contents rather than to a place where it seems obvious that you can obtain new certificates.
You may want to change it the link to go to
http://web/is/help/cert/quicksum.html
instead. Or, perhaps right to step 7 of that page, if
some bookmarks were added to that file.
