searching for IT Partners

The IT Partners web page is still hard to find, and, when I used the IS
search page, I found nothing. The MIT search page retrieved their
application form but not their top page. Fortunately, the application form
contains a link to their top page, but this does not seem like an optimal
access path.
The influence of IT Partners is growing, and Id like to propose that we add
a link to them on one or more of the seond-level IS pages -- Help, Training,
Views (staff), as appropriate.
