In the section "Deleting existing MIT-related certificates", for Macs it says to remove the files Certificates5 and Key database, for the PC is says to remove the files cert5.db and key.db.
In some cases the files are actually called Certificates7 and Key database 3 and cert7.db and key3.db. Maybe specifying something less specific would actually be better. I was assisting someone with this and actually questioned myself whether we were doing it correctly because the files were named differently. Maybe it could be something like cert* or Certificates *
