hi robyn,
i propose monday afternoon, september 21st (almost next week :) that's two
weeks into the term, at which point any beginning-of-term things requiring
certificates will be over and done with. and it would give any stragglers
a whole week to ask for help before we close for the weekend. if that's
too late, i would prefer it happen towards the middle of next week rather
than the end, so users have a few days to ask for help if they are
confused.
