Greetings All,
The IS Web Pages team will meet tomorrow at 9:15am in N42-203. Please note
the room change; our usual room is booked.
I'd like to welcome two new members to the team. Kris Nyzio (of the group
formerly known as Telecom) joined us last week as a guest but is now an
official member. Ginny Williams, whom most of you will remember from her
days at the MCC, will represent the Help Desk. (She is welcome to bring her
daughter as a usability tester ;-). It will be a big plus for the team to
have members from these key areas -- and enthusiastic members at that.
Welcome aboard, Kris and Ginny.
Tomorrow I'd like to continue our look at the phone and voice mail pages,
let Janet walk us through her work for the Information Security Office and
Integration, and talk a bit about giving permissions to other IS staff as
needed. Lastly Mary Ellen Bushnell would like us to consider the best way
to add links to supported software for people with disabilities (as its own
category? by platform?).
I will be away for our next scheduled meeting on August 7. Would anyone
like to volunteer to coordinate the meeting?
