I think we may be confusing web URL's with email addresses.
Certainly, many I/S publications and web pages are pointing to the
CaseTracker URL: <http://casetracker.mit.edu/>. That's a very good
thing -- CaseTracker Web is a great way to initiate a help request.
But if we're talking about email alone, casetracker@mit.edu should
never be used. As Barbara mentioned, the `official' email addresses
for the Help Desk are:
computing-help@mit.edu
mac-help@mit.edu
pc-help@mit.edu
