Telephone Help received a call from a customer saying
that the web page did not have instructions on how to
call forward a campus phone to an off-campus number.
Students are restricted from doing this, but Faculty and
Staff with telephone class of services A, B1,or B2 are
permitted to do this. Instructions are in the front of
the Faculty/Staff MIT phone book as well as the MIT 5ESS
Telephone handbook.
