IS-HOME CORRECTION: is/products/macsoft.html not accessible from an imac using ie?

the is/desktop/macsoft.html tries to forward my wife's imac to a page called is/products/macsoft.html, which then reports that we don't have the protocol to access this page!
huh? I'm not sure why this basic page wouldnt' be accessible.
