Hello is-home:
Within the last year, we've pulled together information on
purchasing or otherwise acquiring an Athena workstation into a
single URL, that then points to other relevant URLs in an
organized way. (http://web.mit.edu/acs/acquiring-athena.html)
The intent was to gather all the relevant information into one
place, and to guide the user through all the things that he/she
should know about this topic.
It has just been pointed out to me that there are a number of
pointers from other IS pages that should now be changed to point
to the acquiring-athena.html page:

The Workstation sales link should probably be deleted, as we want
people to read things such as the pros and cons of acquiring an
Athena workstation before they actually go out and buy one.
