Fixed. (A little backlog might make it slow for a few minutes.)
For some reason, one of the necessary databases had closed and FileMaker was waiting for a password to re-open it. This has happened enough times lately that I will be investigating what's going on. Obviously this is not an acceptable situation in terms of reliability of the service...
