IS-HOME CAN'T FIND: I thought the download for Hostexplorer used certificates now

it was my understanding that the download processing for "all"
mit software was going to be changed to certificate based downloads
for those people who need to downloads from off campus
and not using tether.
I was also under the impression this had been done for
the host explorer download, but can only find a link to
net-dist.
