Hello everyone,
I think we can take a breather tomorrow for the following reasons:
Ginny and Jonathan postponed their meeting with Kevin about
software.mit.edu, so there is nothing new to report on that front.
Rather than have Debby Levinson come to another meeting about the Computing
Services at MIT page, she and I are going to meet next Wednesday and try to
make some progress before reporting back to the team and to CWIS.
The product support sheets may not be perfect, but they are reasonably
stable at this point.
Meanwhile, there's a new project on the horizon, that will probably involve
a subgroup of is-home members: creating a database to track IS web
publications. Scope and granularity will be major issues to think through
before any database design begins.
Nor has the Help section been forgotten. But after the release of the
Product Support Sheets, I think we can all use a break, and for that matter
an extra hour of freed-up time.
Thanks for all your good work. Let's plan on meeting on April 7 at 9:30am.
