Hello,

Looks like you found some outdated information on our web pages. The
software you were trying to download (kpasswd) was recently removed
from net-dist and is no longer available.

To change your password on a Macintosh, you can use the Kerberos
Manager control panel. This control panel is part of MIT Kerberos
for Macintosh. if you don't have the control panel (under the Apple
menu and `Control Panels'), you might want to re-install Kerberos for
Macintosh. The installer can be downloaded from either of these two
locations:

ftp://net-dist.mit.edu/mit/macos/kerberos/mit-kerb-for-mac-2.5.1.bin
http://mit.edu/software/

This web page explains how to change your password using Kerberos Manager:
http://web.mit.edu/is/help/kerberos/kerbmgr.html#pwd
(Hint: before trying to change your password, you need to log in and
get tickets.)

Thanks for letting us know about this. We will update the page with
the correct information.

Thanks,
Chris Griffith
